Nestled in the serene Hudson Valley of New York, Ark of Grace Animal Sanctuary is a family-owned refuge founded in 2018. Our mission: to rescue, rehabilitate, and restore animals who have suffered neglect, abuse, or abandonment.
Ours is a hands-on, heart-driven sanctuary rooted in the belief that every animal has inherent worth and the right to live free from suffering. Home to over 70 animals, we provide individualized care and attention each animal needs to heal and thrive. From the moment they arrive, our work begins: not only tending to their physical needs, but nurturing emotional healing and rebuilding trust after the trauma they've endured.
Our work extends beyond rescue. We advocate for compassion, education, and the faithful fulfillment of our responsibility as stewards of God’s creatures. While some animals remain with us for life due to medical or behavioral needs, many are rehabilitated and successfully rehomed into safe, loving forever homes. Every adoption is a celebration — a testament to the power of second chances.
